Summer is here...

Well, summer here...finally after terrible rain then heatwave then rain again we finally have something manageable here so I can breathe a sigh of relief and finally relax.

Today I made some orange scones To celebrate the summer and everything that comes with it.

Expect lots of lemons, berries and cheesecakes from now on as well as many of the fruit and veg from my garden!
